SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed after 5 PM EST, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days following that day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if couriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, please expect a delay of up to 1-3 weeks. We will do our best to update you of any delays or issues with processing your order, and you may ask for a return/refund at any time during the processing and shipping time, if needed.

Olivia Rubens Apparel Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

 

Olivia Rubens is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team (info@oliviarubens.ca) directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship worldwide. If, for some reason, we are not able to reach your destination, we will be in touch to find a solution or cancel your order.
